Boys Football Blitz

The boys Gaelic football team had an excellent day at the Interschool blitz between 4th& 5th class boys in Holy Spirit and St. Damian’s N.S. The teams played for the Michael McAlinney Perpetual cup. Junior Dragons’ Den The children in Ms. Taaffe’s Fifth Class took part in the Junior Achievement Programme this year. They became entrepreneurs and took part in a Junior Dragons’ Den Project. Sports Day 2016

Our annual Sports Day took place on Friday, the 3rd of June, The school was divided into two teams- the Red Team and the Blue Team. The two teams competed throughout the day, with children involved in six activities in the morning. 1916 Commemorations

Flag Raising and Projects The flag raising ceremony took place in the Holy Spirit Senior School in April 2016 to commemorate the anniversary of the 1916 rising.
